Vida Elementary School Chijacorral grade four

Your class is learning a lot this year! In Grade 4, the students are learning to recognize their gifts, talents and abilities and to use them for the benefit of others, and to use biblical principles to address conflicts. They continue to learn that God created them and loves them. They are working on their reading comprehension and writing paragraphs with coherence and structure. They are continuing to work on problem solving in math, and recognizing ordinal, Mayan, and Roman numerals. They are learning about national authorities and their roles in the community. They are learning about the senses and their functions, as well as the major organs of the human body, and how to classify living creatures based on common characteristics. They’re continuing to learn to follow instructions and take care of their classroom.

Vida Elementary School Chijacorral

The Vida Chijacorral School in Tactic, Guatemala, is our biggest campus, hosting three programs: an elementary school, a junior high, and our senior high teacher training program. This class is part of the Vida Chijacorral Elementary School, which serves more than 300 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 7. In Tactic, there is a profound desire among parents for an education that directs children toward the truth of God’s Word while preparing them for His specific purpose for their lives. This remains the core priority of Vida Chijacorral school. At Vida Chijacorral, students receive a quality education and their lives are being transformed. As they learn to seek God and bring His love home to their families, we look forward to seeing them grow into godly leaders who will serve the Lord and impact their community.
